Revolver

Metal

Originals

Forged in a love for heavy riffs, improvisation, and authentic connection, this band is a dynamic force of metal, blues, melody, and groove, anchored by decades of experience and a passion that runs deep.

At the helm is Mike Bailey, a lead guitarist and vocalist whose 50+ year journey began with the explosive sound of Blue Cheer. Influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Gary Moore, Mike writes all of the band’s lyrics, guitar riffs, and solos, delivering a sound he calls metal blues with a twist of storytelling. Offstage, he’s a model train collector, stock market watcher, and pit bull advocate with a dream of opening for Testament.

Backing him with thunderous rhythm and melody is Greg Paz, the band’s rhythm and lead guitarist. With nearly two decades of experience, Greg fuses heavy, melodic crunch with modern influences ranging from Metallica and Gojira to Skrillex and Kendrick Lamar. A snowboarder, gardener, and metal festival enthusiast, Greg’s creative spark and musical versatility help shape the band’s evolving sonic identity.

On bass, Rich Alfieri brings over 30 years of low-end mastery and a deeply improvisational approach, inspired by Phil Lesh, Cliff Burton, and Geezer Butler. For Rich, music is everything. It’s emotional, raw, and meant to leave fans wanting more. His background in live performance and love for jamming grounds the group’s chemistry in authenticity and groove.

Rounding out the rhythm section is Chris Cotton, a drummer since the age of five, raised in a musical household as the son of a guitarist from the band POCO. Chris channels the influence of John Bonham, Neil Peart, and Stewart Copeland into a style that’s all about feel and energy. Music is his therapy, and he lives for the pulse of a live crowd.

Together, this band isn’t just a collection of skilled musicians. They’re a family of friends, writing, recording, and performing music that’s as fun as it is ferocious. From shredding leads and slamming rhythms to moments of humor, storytelling, and sonic experimentation, their sound is a reflection of the lives they’ve lived, and the stages they plan to conquer.

There's so much music everywhere and an audience for it all. When the world is an impossible shitstorm, we still have all types of music to brave it. It's a happy feeling to be able to provide something positive, at some moment, to somebody. Revolver certainly has a great time doing it.” - Revolver
